At your first visit, we'll give you your own personal Grinz Rewards Card. Bring this card to each of your appointments and you'll continue to accumulate points based on the items listed below:
- Being on time for appointment
- Brushing after sign in
- Excellent oral hygiene
- Nothing loose or broken
- Wearing retainer/ rubber bands as instructed
- Wearing practice T-Shirt to appointment
- New patient exam
- Records same day as treatment is recommended
- Getting your braces placed
- Getting your braces removed
- New appliance placed
- Referring a friend
- Referring a family member
- Brings cleaning certificate from dentist to visit
- Each A on report card
- Participate in office contest

- Bring your Grinz Dollars card to your appointment

You can then log on to your account on our webpage by clicking on the Grinz Rewards card on this page or on the bottom of the website and using the username and password on the back of your card. You can then review your points and redeem them online for a variety of gift cards. There's even a chance to redeem the points on your card for a Playstation!
